This sand timer is specially designed to endure hot sauna environments. Monitoring the time can be very useful in the sauna environment where the perception of time may feel different. 15 min is considered to be an optimal time to spend in the sauna, the shorter times are advisable if not feeling well.

Align attached wooden mounting strip vertically, screwing through pre-drilled holes, to hide the mounting strip perfectly behind the sand timer.
