Our Projects

Pure backyard paradise! We could not be more obsessed with our traditional outdoor sauna. The craftsmanship of the timber and the stunning finish make every session feel like a high-end wellness getaway—and it heats up in absolute record time! A massive shoutout to the owner and team for an effortless process, professional service, and constant updates throughout. Unmatched quality from start to finish! 🧖‍♂️🔥

Wonderful experience from the outset. Prompt response to queries prior to purchasing as well as post purchase. Very professional in approach to delivery of unit and liaised with transport company with delivery to very difficult site. I am extremely satisfied with the Viva Leil 210 sauna in every respect. I would highly recommend dealing with Shym saunas. Mari, the sales lady was exceptional!

We are very happy with our integrated fire hot tub. Easy installation, takes about 3 hours to heat to 38 degrees. It was worth waiting for.

This is my second sauna purchase so it's safe to say I have been extremely satisfied with the service and products. So very helpful from start to finish and never an issue when I needed assistance with minor maintenance. Highly recommend using Shym's Sauna & Spas.

We purchased a hot tub. Good communications from the team, helpful advice about construction and the product is good quality. I recommend this company.

Great service & products range! Competitive pricing and customer service is fantastic.

Having just completed the build myself we are so happy with it. The Leil XXS fit our space perfectly and it's as close to a custom built traditional Scandinavian sauna on the market. Art and the team suggested provided great suggestions and the experience is genuinely authentic. We will post some videos soon the surrounding deck is completed. Art suggested the Cylindro heater with 80kg of rocks. Having used wall heaters before they are good but nothing like the smooth consistent heat the extra rocks provide. 3 hours after I turned off the heater it was still on 55 degress. So happy with the whole process Kye

They could not have been more helpful. My tub is wonderful and truly the perfect fit for the space. In fact, I’m convinced it was designed especially for my little corner of the world! Thank you again for the professional service.

Big thank you to all the staff at Shym Saunas. We brought a sauna from them back in November last year and Art installed it for us. It was a smooth process from start to finish and since its installation we have been really enjoying the benefits of the sauna post our open water swims. Originally we thought we would just use it in the sholder seasons and winter, but we actually used it throughout summer as well! We are lucky to have some swimming friends who come back to our place to enjoy the sauna post swim and sharing it with friends enable us to all enjoy some great conversations. Would definitely recommend Shym Saunas to anyone comtemplating a sauna!

Shym sauna did all they promised, the kit was kinda fun to assemble, now l have the luxury of a sauna in my back garden. I would now recommend Shym Sauna to anyone wishing for a good sauna purchase experience

From initial consultation to final setup, everything was handled professionally. They helped me choose the right sauna and accessories without overselling, which I really appreciated. The project stayed on schedule and the end result looks amazing in my backyard.

Great experience overall. Professional and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable team.
