Western Red Cedar Barrel Sauna with Porch
The client selected this sauna for its warm cedar finish and classic barrel shape. It also includes a front porch and a half glass back wall.
This model suits up to 4 people. It uses high-grade Western Red Cedar, which gives the sauna a natural look and a traditional feel.
For this project, the sauna measured 230 cm in length and 200 cm in width and diameter. The barrel shape helps heat move evenly through the sauna.
A Practical Sauna for Holiday Guests
The front porch gives guests a small sheltered area outside the sauna. They can sit, cool down, and enjoy the outdoor setting between sessions.
The half glass back wall adds a more open feel inside. It also keeps the warmth and comfort of a classic cedar barrel sauna.
HARVIA Heater and Sauna Accessories
This sauna included a HARVIA Vega 6kW electric sauna heater with an internal controller. The setup also included sauna rocks, a spruce bucket and ladle, a sauna thermometer, a sauna clock, and a sauna lamp.
The package also included bitumen roof shingles. These help protect the sauna roof during outdoor use.
