Wonderful experience from the outset. Prompt response to queries prior to purchasing as well as post purchase. Very professional in approach to delivery of unit and liaised with transport company with delivery to very difficult site. I am extremely satisfied with the Viva Leil 210 sauna in every respect. We are very happy with our integrated fire hot tub. Easy installation, takes about 3 hours to heat to 38 degrees. It was worth waiting for.

Having just completed the build myself we are so happy with it. The Leil XXS fit our space perfectly and it's as close to a custom built traditional Scandinavian sauna on the market. Art and the team suggested provided great suggestions and the experience is genuinely authentic. We will post some videos soon the surrounding deck is completed. Art suggested the Cylindro heater with 80kg of rocks. Having used wall heaters before they are good but nothing like the smooth consistent heat the extra rocks provide. 3 hours after I turned off the heater it was still on 55 degress. So happy with the whole process Kye

Big thank you to all the staff at Shym Saunas. We brought a sauna from them back in November last year and Art installed it for us. It was a smooth process from start to finish and since its installation we have been really enjoying the benefits of the sauna post our open water swims. Originally we thought we would just use it in the sholder seasons and winter, but we actually used it throughout summer as well! We are lucky to have some swimming friends who come back to our place to enjoy the sauna post swim and sharing it with friends enable us to all enjoy some great conversations.
