We took delivery of sauna from Shym Saunas in January 2022. I have been so impressed with everything about it. The quality of the materials is first rate. All of the timber was finely crafted and cut to size, making for a straightforward assembly. I’m pleased I took the option of getting shingles for the roof. The sauna is installed outdoors and the shingles keep most of the rainwater out. The sauna looks great, too.
Using the sauna is a delight. It is wonderful to sit and have a relaxing sauna bath. I’m glad with the recommendation from Shym Saunas for the larger capacity heater. It really gives a boost to the heat and ensures the temperature in the sauna is maintained at the right level.
My only regret is that we did not order the sauna sooner!

Assembled one of your Barrel saunas these past few days in the northern rivers. Very nice product. Nicely machined. I see from your instructions you use Sketchup for your instructions. It would be a very cool feature for someone constructing it to be able to receive a sketchup viewer file (on a device) to help with assembly. It’s pretty simple to achieve! Anyways great product!
