Yes, we deliver the sauna to your driveway or event site. When you book a sauna rental from us, we will work with you to ensure that your sauna experience is everything that you hoped for. Hence, we may ask you to send some pictures of the area to park the sauna on the trailer. We also ask that you provide us with a space that is large enough for our truck and trailer at least 6 m long and 4 m wide as well as a few feet of clearance all around.
Yes, we fully disinfect and clean the sauna after each use. In light of the ever-changing COVID guidelines, we will be making periodic changes to our policies in order to ensure that we are in compliance with the most recent guidance.
However, we want to assure you that despite these changes, our commitment to providing you with an amazing experience remains the same.
If we are forced to close due to Covid restrictions, you will receive a full refund or credit. And in the event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be notified immediately by email or phone. So please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to keep you safe and provide you with an unforgettable experience.
