The inspiration behind the UNION Sauna came from our popular square barrel saunas. We wanted to create a European-made equivalent, built to the highest standards using thermotreated spruce. Unlike the square barrel models, the UNION features a more compact 1.25m version as well as 1.6m and 2.2m versions and boasts a unique bench arrangement along with stylish black pre-painted plywood skirting boards, adding an extra touch of sophistication.
Our UNION Saunas are made from 42mm thick thermally treated spruce, an eco-friendly and sustainable material. During the precise heat treatment process, all resins and chemicals are removed from the wood, ensuring it is completely non-toxic. This enhances the health benefits of your sauna experience while showcasing our dedication to environmentally conscious craftsmanship.
The heat treatment also stabilizes the wood, preventing any risk of warping or splitting over time. Our UNION saunas arrive in a convenient kit form, simplifying the assembly process. Following a barrel assembly methodology, each wallboard securely stacks atop the previous one. Many components are meticulously crafted and tested in our factory in Estonia, ensuring high quality.
