The HIVE Mini presents a more streamlined iteration of the HIVE stove. Tailored for smaller saunas, it accommodates up to 150-170 kg of sauna stones, compared to the larger HIVE, which is designed for larger saunas and can hold 250 kg of stones.
All HUUM products are crafted exclusively in Estonia. From heaters to control units, HUUM’s entire range is meticulously created in collaboration with various local partners in Estonia. Despite their seemingly straightforward design, all heaters undergo a sophisticated production process. While some raw materials like stainless steel and electronic components are imported to Estonia, HUUM’s dedication to local craftsmanship remains unwavering.
Crafting HUUM heaters demands substantial manual effort. Due to the unique designs, automated production lines aren’t suitable. Achieving the precise measurements and shapes for the metal rods entails meticulous manual work by skilled artisans. These heaters, composed of stainless steel, undergo meticulous processes including shot blasting and acid treatment, resulting in their impeccable, polished finish.
HUUM offers remote controls that boast intelligence within and elegance without. Huum’s inventive electronic solutions for remote controls and the accompanying app are the brainchild of the brilliant minds in our hometown of Tartu. It took five years of dedicated development to refine the technology HUUM now proudly employs. The production of these remote controls is entrusted to Oshino Electronics Estonia. They are available in wooden cases and various colored plastic enclosures. The wooden cases are meticulously crafted from thermo-treated ash, ensuring each one possesses a distinctive and unique appearance.
